President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Duailej, visited Embraer's primary aircraft manufacturing headquarters yesterday in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He was joined by several vice presidents and CEOs from national companies and carriers operating within the civil aviation sector in the Kingdom.
During his visit, Al-Duailej toured the factory facilities, including stops at the customer experience centre, the civil aircraft factory, the headquarters of the final line manufacturing "E-Jet" aircraft, and the customer service centre.
The delegation's visit is a follow-up to the Saudi-Brazilian International Aviation Conference in Rio de Janeiro.
During their visit, they were shown the innovative aircraft manufacturing site, which utilized the latest techniques to reduce overall costs.
The delegation also attended a presentation highlighting the company's history since 1950, its successful partnerships, and its ongoing research on solutions for more sustainable efficiency.
