01Who can attend the show?

Only those who work in or are associated with the defense industry will be granted access to World Defense Show. Students will be allowed in on ‘future day’ by registering via universities.

02How can I register for the show?

You can register via our website, www.worlddefenseshow.com. Please note that personal emails such as (Gmail, outlook, iCloud, etc) are not allowed. You would need to use your business email to register for the show.

03Will there be any activities during the show?

Yes, there will be multiple activities during the show. An agenda will be made available through our website soon.

04Is there an entry fee?

05What kind of exhibitors will be at the show?

Exhibitors at WDS will include local and international primes, SMEs and start-ups in the defense industry. We expect it to be one of the biggest global gatherings of industry players who will come together to network, collaborate and explore the future of defense.

06How can I register for futures day?

Students who wish to attend the Future Talent Program will need to register via universities. More details will be made available on www.worlddefenseshow.com soon.

08Will the conferences be in English or Arabic?

Conferences will be in English or Arabic depending on the speakers’ preference. Simultaneous translation will be provided.

11What are the entry requirements for KSA during COVID?

Entry requirements are subject to change and we would always advise checking the latest information with your airline. World Defense Show will provide valid Visa and relevant information on all travel requirements for confirmed attendees in the lead-up to the show.

12What vaccinations are recognised?

Under current guidelines, recognised vaccinations include two doses of AstraZeneca, Pfizer or Moderna. One dose of J&J – or two doses of Sinopharma or Sinovac – are also accepted if you have a booster dose from one vaccine from the first list. However, the COVID policies of both Saudi Arabia and World Defense Show are constantly evolving in line with the latest global situation. Full regulations will be confirmed closer to the event. 13What is the PCR test validity (48 or 72 hours) if I need to do one to enter KSA or at the show venue?

Under current guidelines, PCR tests are required to be taken 72 hours prior to arrival in-country. These need to be shown at the airport prior to departure. 14Is there an obligation to wear masks inside the halls and outside of the show?

Wearing masks is a requirement under current guidelines so exhibitors and visitors should be prepared to bring a sufficient supply for travel and the show dates.
